I am adjusting my review from 3 starts to 5. I previously had an unpleasant experience back in April with the company, but now in October it is under new management and they resolved the issue. Workers were an hour late but I assume the work was done as requested. I was late for an appt. so didn't get to watch the work being done.

I cannot praise Hot Shot Sprinkler Repair enough! From booking the appointment to completion of the repair, everyone in the office and in the field were CHAMPS. Scheduling was easy and quick, and the associate in the office could not have been more kind. Migo was assigned to repair a piping problem, and he was efficient, personable, and professional. The repair was done quickly and brilliantly....and I was extremely pleased with the cost. I would recommend Hot Shot Sprinkler in a heartbeat!

When you have a small job that needs done quickly it is almost impossible to get the work done and have it done right. Few sprinkler companies even answer the phone and then when they find out it’s a small job they say they will get back to you tomorrow or next week. HOWEVER , HOT SHOTS SPRINKLERS answered the phone, scheduled the appointment for the next day, showed up on time, fixed the problem and were friendly and competent! I love doing business with people like that. I absolutely will call them again!!
