Hot shot sprinkler team more than out did themselves. I’m wry handy but had a zone pressure issue that had multiple problems. Erik and Alexis are an extremely productive team with extensive deep issue experience which was used to completely resolve my problem. Hot shot had enough manpower to fix my issues within a time frame I was to be away from our home. Now the lawn and flowers my wife loves will survive our trip. I highly recommend this customer service orientated company.

Hot Shot Sprinkler's employees arrived on time, completed a messy project as promised, and stuck to their price even when it (seemed to?) take considerably longer than they'd anticipated.
They walked me through the work they'd done and cleaned up a large, deep hole they needed to dig, leaving barely a trace of the hole.
Daniel and D’Angelo did a great job of fixing my sprinkler system. I even had a problem with a foreign object that had fallen down into my stop and waste valve and Daniel used a really innovative approach to get it out when a vacuum wouldn’t work. They really made sure to take care of my sprinkler system.
Great service all the time
We've been in our new house and this is our first spring/summer with this sprinkler system. We had a broken back flow preventer, and purchased a new one but were hesitant to install it. We called yesterday and they came this morning.
Two techs came out, Alexis and Eric, who have been amazing! They did the work quickly and when we asked were able to check the sprinkler system (which had not been part of the inital request for service). All in all it was about 2 hours worth of work and parts for the new nozzels and repairing some drip irrigations leaks.
I am so impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Thank you both!

Update (5/20/26):
I’ve used Hot Shots twice a year since 2023, and the employees who come to my home have always been professional, courteous, and reliable. The actual service work has consistently been good.
This year, however, I was unexpectedly charged 40 days after the service was completed. When I called, I was told their accounting system had recently been updated and they were “cleaning things up.” While I understand system changes happen, charging customers more than a month later without warning isn’t a great experience — especially after receiving a $0 due invoice on the day of service, which indicated the balance had already been paid.
To be clear, I did owe the balance and had no issue paying it. My concern was that the charge should have been processed on the day of service or clearly communicated in advance.
The company has since reached out and apologized for the experience, which I genuinely appreciated. The service itself has always been solid, and I’m hopeful this was simply a one-time billing issue.
They solved my problem efficiently. Thank you.
The repairmen were courteous and professional. They turned on our sprinkling system and reviewed each of the sprinklers and made adjustments where needed.
Francisco and Josh came to assess some dead zones in my sprinkler system. They were able to do a comprehensive assessment with a fix which was easily explained to me. Very friendly and professional experience. Sprinklers have been running great since.

This is the 2nd time Hot Shot has done pipe and valve repair for me. Francisco is delightful to work with and I trust him to know just what to do for me. Nothing is cheap anymore, but he again wasted no time fixing what was broken.
The whole experience was really good. They were able to come in 2 days. They were here for just over 2 hours. I was a little surprised by the total cost, but my philosophy is sometimes you have to pay a little bit more for a quality product. (And it is usually worth it.)
